Madison announces its new web site

Madison Enterprises Corp. ('Madison'), is pleased to announce that its new web-site www.madison-enterprises.com is now available. The updated site is an integral part of Madison's strategy to expand shareholder awareness of Madison and to build shareholder value.

The new site will give investors access to up-to-date information on Madison's recent news releases, exploration progress and independent analysts reports.

Madison's new web site will include:

• Up to date technical data
• An integrated e-mail system with instant access to current news
• An overview PowerPoint presentation of Madison and its Mt. Kare gold property in Papua New Guinea
• Geology, magnetics and drill location maps
• Streaming audio and video for onsite information and periodic Internet news conferences

Madison and its Mt. Kare project have recently been the subject of recommendations by various brokerage houses and investment news letter writers such as Canaccord Capital, Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited and Gold-Eagle.com.
