Chet Idziszek has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Madison Enterprises Corp. ("Madison") is pleased to report that Chet Idziszek has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Madison. Mr. Idziszek replaces Nell Dragovan who has resigned as Chairman and a director of Madison. Ms. Dragovan will remain involved with Madison as a consultant.

Madison is also pleased to report that David Laudrum has been appointed as the President and a director of Madison to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Idziszek. Mr. Laudrum was formerly Madison's Vice President of Exploration and a director of Madison's operating subsidiary in PNG and was responsible for overseeing the exploration of Madison's Mt. Kare property
